Initially Outlook 2016 downloaded every email I've ever sent from this acount, which also to an age, and a search indicated that this was a POP3 problem. So I started another profile with IMAP emails but that did not help. Emails do work but I cannot get my old emails imported properly. I downloaded their PST from Godaddy and imported to Microsoft Office 365 using Outlook 2016. All looks good until I realize the sub folders doesn't have any emails in the OWA, but it's showing on the desktop Outlook 2016 I imported from. Importing into the local copy of Outlook definitely isn't the best way to do this. When using Outlook 2016 for Mac for the very first time, you have to click on Next (arrow) on the Welcome to Outlook screen, then on Get started to start the configuration.
